The category lists arrange your recipes to any various categories you would like to setup.  Here, just as an example, we have setup Fish, Poultry, Fowl, Deserts, Favorites, and Low Cholesterol.  To place your recipes in categories, simply drag and drop the recipe from the right window to the left window on top of the category of you choice.
